How rude...

So I call Sweet Pea last night and I am all like "hi" and she is all like "HI!" and I am all like "what's up?" And she is all like" We are going to Paris for our honeymoon!!!" and I am all like PMSing and jealous that she is taking her husband to Paris and Sparky said I have every right to be jealous of her choosing to take her husband to Paris on her honeymoon instead of her mother and I am like "THAT is why we have been married for 26.5 years."

I love that man.

And I still love Sweet Pea. And the man who stole my daughter. And she BETTER bring me back a copy of Madeline in FRENCH.

Heaven - ly Dissertations

On the way home from Phoenix, a discussion began on religion. We ended up on our thoughts of what heaven is like. Little Lottie said she liked Sweet Pea's definition - that heaven is whatever you perceive it to be.

Me: Well then, heaven will be me with my family because I love being with you all!


Me: And Johnny Depp will be moving in with us.

Sometimes...

the ONLY reason I don't update more often is because I actually forget how to get to the dashboard section of this blog. How SAD is that? Sad indeed.

I've got a lot of hats on right now so the blogging has slowed down. I've been busy mailing wedding invitations, planning two classes that I am teaching for Prescott College, taking on a student teacher, making wedding plans, planning for my principal's observation, making wedding plans, dieting, making wedding plans, planning for a two week trip around the state of Arizona with the inlaws for right after Sweet Pea's wedding, making wedding plans, not dieting, worrying about getting 2 cent stamps, trying to find the cent sign on the keyboard, making wedding plans, preparing a mini presentation to my fellow teachers at the next staff meeting on teaching writing, and making wedding plans. There are a ton more hats but I just don't look good in more than a zillion hats so I'll leave some off.
